Smiles and cookie tossing
The beginning of the week started well ... I took a break on the kitchen floor while helping prepare dinner on Tuesday ...... and added a new dress-up accessory on Wednesday (Dad's ankle reflector is keeping my right bicep safe).
This morning, however, I woke up with bad things going on in my belly. Yuck. That meant no to daycare but yes to a morning ivory lesson (which usually happen in the evenings) before Dad headed out on his Trek.
I spent the rest of the day at home with Mom vomiting, bathing, improving my hand-eye coordination ...

... and trying to smile with some sick-looking eyes.
After a daylong avoidance of food, I thought I felt much better this evening. Unfortunately, I couldn't convince Mom and Dad to give me anything more than a few measley crackers for dinner.
Daycare reported that upset stomachs are the norm there, too, so that means ISWD tomorrow.

Keeping warm
My first day back home reminded me why I thought MI and Wisconsin's teen & twenty degree temps were warm.I fashioned my new scarf as we bundled up to enjoy (Me and Dad) and barely tolerate (Mom) the fresh air (aka 255 K) while searching for a new Subaru seat for me.

After a successful shopping trip, I spent the rest of my day generally wreaking havoc on my house, opening up and playing with many new toys and also pushing my birthday present all over the place.

My Xmas in MI
In the days following Xmas, the entire family continued a tradition of driving out to the
While in MI I discovered a love for jewelry ... I found a couple of beaded necklaces and figured out how to put them on and then refused to take them off!
After spending a week with me, aunt Cara said I'm on a constant hunt for all things food and drink ... particuarly drinks that are a bit too big for me.
One of Grammy and Grampa's Xmas gifts was an overnight stay at a local resort that has a huge waterpark, so all the aunts, uncles, and cousins spent a couple of days playing in the warm water inside while it was cold and snowy outside.
