Weekend WrapUp: Out and about edition

Friday: eating yummy beignets at my neighborhood's La Fete de Marquette (my neighborhood has a festival every month during the summer!).

Saturday am: Cougar'n down to Finn's first farmer's market, picnic along the Square, and tour of the Capitol (and I got a little jumping in while he took a break in the shade).

Saturday pm: Finn's first bath while I rest up ...

... for a big party and picnic w/Dad's lab. I had a ton of fun chasing balls, sharing toys with friends, looking at slimy lakes, and making bracelets out of weeds flowers.

Park fun

Our daily trips to the park are constantly evolving ... I've been bumped from the back of the BOB by my baby bro ...
... and I'm now interested in more than just the swings. It turns out the monkey bars aren't just for monkeys ...
... and the rings are fun to swing on, too!
But after all the arm exercise and a sprint back home I'm super sweaty and stinky!

Despite the fact that I still own at least half of the center of attention, I'm doing my best to maintain my majority position by showing off my ability to drink with no hands ...

... and drink 2 drinks at once.

Despite my reluctance to totally relinquish the spotlight, I still don't want my "baby brudder" to be too far from my side, even during our visit to the Diner.

After saying goodbye to Grammy and Grampa, I helped show Finn all that is great about our local grocery market ...... and played a little letter game in our driveway.

Home zzz's

Finn's first full day at home means I'm still going zoom zoom with excitement all over the place while he doesn't do much yet.

Grampa and Grammy also drove over for a short visit to see Me and my "baby brudder."
