I've been checking my strawberry patch daily, waiting for those yummy red berries to appear...

Found some!

Wet

If it's in the 40s and raining on a Saturday ... Dad's ripping the tags off my new raincoat and my toes are freezing for our mochas and donuts!

Creak ...

... went the branch as a bigger Me reconnected with an old friend in the side yard this evening.

With Mom out of town, Dad's not sure what prompted me to dig the swing out of the garage ... but maybe it's a desire to do all my favorite things one last time before we move.

Slidin' and dippin'

Mom and I went to check out a new park today. I climbed up the big steps...

...slid down the big blue slide...
... and checked out the me-sized train.

On our way home, we picked up some of my favorite pita bread and humus for dinner. Mom let me have my very own cup for dippin'.

Summer preview

A fever kept me home from daycare today. Since Dad is busy meeting with some scientists in Boston this week, Mom stayed home and pretended that summer vacation was already in full swing.

My fever didn't keep me from wanting to be out and about today, so I cozied into the BoB and lounged in my wagon for four long walks. While Mom pushed and pulled, I carefully adjusted my footware...
until they were just right.
